The security of your Personal Information is important to us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Information and data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Data from instruments that are Cloud-aware is stored on a secure Microsoft Azure Cloud storage repository that is only accessible to users of the account. Iris Power LP does not share this information with anyone.
Instruments connected to Cloud repositories collect and store measurement data pertaining to the asset that is being monitored. This includes various proprietary information and operating conditions of the asset. This information is stored in a private Cloud vault and is only accessible to users of the account and Iris Power LP. Iris Power LP does not share this information with anyone.

Data collected by instruments that are Cloud-enabled is stored perpetually. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting Iris Power LP (see Contact Information section above).
For operation and maintenance purposes, Iris Power LP may collect files that record interaction with Cloud-enabled instrumentation. This is information is used solely by Iris Power LP for servicing and diagnostics and is not shared with anyone.
In cases where you, the end user, explicitly share your Cloud data with a third party for the purposes of data dashboarding, trending and/or analysis, Iris Power LP is not responsible for how that data is used.
