Stator Partial Discharge Diagnostic Reports:
With 40% of your motor and generator failures being caused by stator winding insulation, regularly reviewing partial discharge monitoring results is a critical step for predicting machine failure. Iris Power can performed partial discharge testing and reports on stator slot couplers (SSC), 80pF epoxy mica capacitors (EMC) and low frequency 1nF – 2nF couplers as required.
Rotor Magnetic Flux Diagnostic Reports:
Comprehensive rotor flux results can help avoid catastrophic in-service machine failures due to rotor position, shape deterioration and shorted pole turns.
